PLEASE- READ THROUGH EVERYTHING AND MAKE SURE YOU AND YOUR SON/DAUGHTER UNDERSTAND THE TRIP, APPLICATION PROCESS, REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN, AND UNDERSTAND THAT THE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE( make sure your son/daughter actually wants to go and check them for homesickness- 1-2 weeks is a long time for some kids- we had a lot of dropouts from younger kids in the last year. If they don’t think they are ready, wait a year).

$675 total trip fees. ( $150 due immediately upon signup to reserve a spot- last $525 due by May 16, 2025)If first $150 payment is not received within 3 weeks of signup, you will be removed from the list. If the last payment does not get sent by June 1 you will be sent a reminder and if payment is not received within 2 weeks from the reminder your spot will be opened up to another youth- no refunds.

This canoeing trip will be in Quetico Canada.

• All participants  will need to download and print out to send with application High-Adventure-Gear-Rental-Agreement
• All participants will need to have a signed and notarized permission slip to go through Canada along with their passport card or passport. Canada 2023 Quetico June notary letter

• PASSPORTS and Enhanced ID’s for International travel.  If you live in the state of Michigan and are only traveling to Canada,Mexico, Bermuda, or the Caribbean with us you can get an enhanced ID for students ($30) or an enhanced driver’s license ($45) if old enough to drive.  Information is on the SOS MI site.All other states will need to get a passport or passport card to travel with us out of the US. Apply as soon as you know you are going out of country since it can take between 6-8 weeks to get a new passport. Apply here.
